Fireplace Mantle
Above is a mantle I placed on a fireplace bolting a 2 x 4 ledger to the brick, hogging out the back of the mantle to fit over the 2 x 4 and then screwing the mantle to the ledger and Walah! You have a “floating” mantle!
Pallet Woodshed
The Woodshed was built from pallets collected from around town and the roof was made out of reclaimed fence boards.
